Angel of Death
An ancient, powerful being that is neither good norevil, simply neutral. He claims the souls of those who died and takes them to the afterlife. It is useless to fight him as he can't be destroyed for there is always death. The Angel of Death cannot be stopped and never gives up a claim. The only way to change the fate of one destined to die is to make a plea to the Angel of Destiny.
Angel of Destiny
The Angels of Destiny are the protectors and overseers of the Grand Design, ensuring that no one alters it unnaturally. They are portrayed as ethereal, graceful magical beings of the highest rank. They are above the Elders in the hierarchy of good, but they may be overshadowed by The Tribunal and/or The Cleaners. They are more powerful than the Angel of Death, Elders and even Avatars.
A race of angelic beings who are responsible for bringing people together who have a chance at love. They can be thought of as a cross between Empaths and Whitelighters. Like Whitelighters they have charges whom thay have to help find love but unlike Whitelighters they usually hae around 40-50 days. 3 out of the 9 Charmed One's offspring are part Cupid
A council of powerful whitelighters who advise magical beings and also command the majority of whitelighters themselves. Their purpose is to preserve the "greater good" which they do by commanding Whitelighters to watch over and protect witches and future whitelighters. Elders mainly keep track of witches, whitelighters and even humans from theHeavens. They communicate with witches through whitelighters giving them messages and warning them from great threats. They also send whitelighters after humans who are "whitelighters to be" and clip their wings whenever serious rules are broken.
A angelic being that guides human charges much like a whitelighter, but instead of offering guidance, their presence inspires creativity. They are also invisible to their charges. Demons, being evil, do not get muses.
A being of good similar to an angel that goes around sprinkling dream dust on his charges to allow them to dream, and work out their inner conflicts. They are also known by their original latin name, Vir de somnio. They exist on a different plane, and under normal circumstances their charges aren't even aware of their existence, as they only come into contact while the person is asleep. A sandman never sleeps, unless all of his charges are awake (which is a very rare occurrence.) They are made of dream dust, the same golden dust they carry around in satchels. If sandmen don't do their jobs, humans become more agitated and angered in their daily lives.
They are "guardian angels". They watch over their charges and intervene when necessary to help them along their path and keep them safe; they can also be called by their charges. They can constantly hear the lives of their charges in their heads, and if one of them calls their Whitelighter's name, he/she can usually show up at a moment's notice. Whitelighters are people who were previously somehow connected to the magical world or who were generally good people that have died. They are given the choice to become Whitelighters and given the powers of a Whitelighter (such as orbing, healing, immortality, etc.) instead of moving on to the afterlife. Their bodies are replicas of their former human bodies, but are composed of orbs which are described as white lights (hence the term Whitelighter) that have a healing sense to them. If struck by a power that would usually kill a mortal (for example, an energy ball or particle acceleration), their bodies will explode into orbs then reform relatively unharmed; they can, however, be knocked unconscious. After becoming a Whitelighter, the person's DNA will have three helices like that of witches and demons, not just two like normal humans. 5 of the 9 Charmed One's offspring are part whitelighter.
